燃氣發(fā)電機組燃氣管道應(yīng)采用鋼管，管壁不應(yīng)太薄，接頭處要密封可靠，燃氣管線連接完成后，用燃氣檢測儀或肥皂水檢測管線滲漏情況，法蘭閥門等接頭處。

應(yīng)定期檢查閥門，應(yīng)無燃氣泄漏損壞等現(xiàn)象，閥門周圍應(yīng)無妨礙閥門操作的堆積物，閥門應(yīng)定期進行啟閉操作和維護保養(yǎng)，無法啟閉或關(guān)閉不嚴的閥門，應(yīng)及時維修或更換。

燃氣發(fā)電機組燃氣管線上的膠管應(yīng)定期更換，嚴禁使用過期老化膠管。

對機組及燃氣管線進行運行維護和搶修時，須可靠地切斷燃氣來源并將內(nèi)部燃氣排凈，未查明事故原因和采取措施前，不得向燃氣設(shè)施恢復送氣。進行維護檢修時，應(yīng)采取防爆措施或使用防爆工具，嚴禁用鐵器等工具進行敲擊作業(yè)。

燃氣泄漏的搶修應(yīng)在切斷氣源后進行，當泄漏處已發(fā)生燃燒時，應(yīng)先采取措施控制火勢后再切斷氣源，嚴禁管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負壓。
The emergency repair of gas leakage shall be carried out after cutting off the gas source. When the leakage has been burned, measures shall be taken to control the fire before cutting off the gas source. Negative pressure in the pipeline is strictly prohibited.
