燃氣發(fā)電機組的尾氣余熱利用目前燃料的能量只有約35%被發(fā)電機組轉(zhuǎn)化為電能，約有30%隨廢氣排出，25%被發(fā)動機冷卻水帶走，通過機身散發(fā)等其它損失約占10%左右，廢氣和換熱器損失的功率比有用功還多。在我國，目前占燃氣發(fā)動機燃料近55%熱值的廢氣和冷卻水余熱資源基本上被白白浪費掉，發(fā)動機余熱利用技術的就是來實現(xiàn)將原本白白浪費掉的熱資源充分利用的系統(tǒng)。隨著人民生活質(zhì)量的提高，制冷和采暖越來越普及，能源消耗越來越大，同時發(fā)動機余熱資源目前沒有得到綜合利用，燃油、燃氣及電熱鍋爐和中央空調(diào)在廣泛使用，消耗了大量能源。根據(jù)發(fā)動機余熱利用現(xiàn)狀，我公司發(fā)揮信息和技術優(yōu)勢，研制開發(fā)了國內(nèi)第一套燃氣機余熱利用中央空調(diào)，用于金瑞事業(yè)部公司辦公大樓和會議室的熱電聯(lián)供。在燃氣機組發(fā)電的同時，以機組廢氣的熱量為能源，煙氣通過特制的熱交換系統(tǒng)加熱介質(zhì)水，使水溫達到規(guī)定溫度，通過溴化鋰冷水機組制冷或制熱，通過風機盤管空調(diào)器給房間制冷或供熱。

　　At present, only about 35% of the energy from the exhaust waste heat utilization of gas generator sets is converted into electrical energy by the generator sets. About 30% is discharged with the exhaust gas, 25% is taken away by the engine cooling water, and other losses such as emission through the body account for about 10%. In China, the waste heat resources of exhaust gas and cooling water, which currently account for nearly 55% of the calorific value of gas engine fuel, are basically wasted. The technology of engine waste heat utilization is to achieve a system that fully utilizes the originally wasted heat resources. With the improvement of people's living standards, refrigeration and heating are becoming more and more popular, and energy consumption is increasing. At the same time, the waste heat resources of engines have not been comprehensively utilized. Fuel, gas, electric boilers, and central air conditioning are widely used, consuming a large amount of energy. Based on the current situation of engine waste heat utilization, our company has leveraged its information and technological advantages to develop the first gas turbine waste heat utilization central air conditioning system in China, which is used for combined heat and power supply in the office building and conference room of Jinrui Business Unit. At the same time as the gas turbine generates electricity, the heat from the exhaust gas of the unit is used as energy. The flue gas is heated by a specially designed heat exchange system to reach the specified temperature of the medium water, which is then cooled or heated by a lithium bromide chiller unit. The room is then cooled or heated by a fan coil air conditioner.
