一、沼氣發(fā)電機組的啟動注意事項

1、 Precautions for start-up of biogas generator set

1、先檢查：循環(huán)水，潤滑油，氣路。

1. First check: circulating water, lubricating oil and air circuit.

2、打開氣路開關，扭開電瓶鑰匙（打開電磁閥開關，確定轉(zhuǎn)速控制開關處于怠速狀態(tài)）按下啟動開關。

2. Turn on the air circuit switch, turn on the battery key (turn on the solenoid valve switch, and make sure that the speed control switch is in idle state), and press the start switch.

3、沼氣發(fā)電機組啟動后，先怠速運轉(zhuǎn)，等到水溫和油溫升高，大約45度左右。將轉(zhuǎn)速開關撥至額定轉(zhuǎn)速。

3. After the biogas generator set is started, run it at idle speed until the water temperature and oil temperature rise, about 45 ℃. Turn the speed switch to the rated speed.

4、沼氣發(fā)電機組按額定轉(zhuǎn)速運轉(zhuǎn)幾分鐘，合上發(fā)電機端高壓電輸出開關。機組正常發(fā)電。

4. Run the biogas generator set at rated speed for a few minutes, and close the high-voltage power output switch at the generator end. The unit generates electricity normally.

需要注意，沼氣發(fā)電機組維護：300小時，更換一次機油，每月更換空濾機油濾。長期不用要每隔一段時間啟動一次，每次運轉(zhuǎn)半小時。希望以上的介紹能給用戶帶來幫助。

1、電瓶電量不足檢查電瓶充電量。

時間久了，阻火器那里囤積大量水，燃氣通不了。或者在北方的冬天，里面結(jié)冰了。

5、沼氣里甲烷成份不穩(wěn)定，或者甲烷濃度不夠。
